Our specialty is vinyl digitization and restoration. Expertise and care must go into hardware and software selection and the restoration process itself to achieve great results. To that we also add an honest love of music, and a desire to exceed our customers' expectations.
That's how we consistently offer a higher level of service. No assembly lines here. When you bring us your vinyl, it will be carefully and thoroughly washed and inspected. We will digitize it using the best sounding components, recording it to any digital resolution you prefer. And this is where the real work begins. Our goal is not just to remove as much noise as possible, but rather to preserve as much of the original, intended audio signal as possible. If desired, delicate EQ'ing and artful application of other DSP effects can further bring your audio back to life, often to a state exceeding the original masters or tailoring the sound to your personal tastes.
Doing this well is a time-consuming process, even with the best possible software and components. We never let the software make all the decisions when it comes to restoring your music. It takes years of experience and a musical ear to achieve the best results–results worth paying for. And no project is done until you are happy with it.
